Management Profile

Mevan Jayatilleke
Managing Director
Mevan has over 25 years experience in ICT and management consulting. He has previously held management positions with Singtel Optus and Telstra. He is a co-founder at OneWiFi & Infrastructure, and passionate about delivering 5G and Smart City in a harmonised manner to realise tangible benefits.

Gary Tsang
Commercial & Strategy Director
Gary has over 15 years experience in telecommunications and IoT. Prior to co-founding OneWiFi & Infrastructure, he was a TMT specialist at BCG. He is responsible for all commercial and operation functions at the company, and has also founded and advised on several IoT and tech ventures.

Peter Hitchiner
Director of Engineering
Peter has over 40 years of telecommunications engineering experience having pioneered many major infrastructure projects. He is a co-founder of OneWiFi & Infrastructure, providing engineering oversight to the company. Peter continues to be actively involved in several industry and professional groups.

Neil Robinson
Head of RF Planning and Design
Neil is an expert in mobile networks and RF planning, have previously served as Director of Radio Planning and Access Technologies at Singtel Optus. He is responsible for Mobile Network technology development at OneWiFi & Infrastructure, and leads the design of small cell and DAS solutions.

Dean Karena
Director of Deployment
Dean has vast experience in mobile network and small cell deployment from his time at Service Stream and Vodafone. He leads the company’s deployment function across both 5G and Smart Cities. Prior to joining OneWiFi & Infrastructure, Dean was a Director at Urbis with consulting and planning expertise in telecommunications, renewables, and developments.

Fumihisa Kimura
Head of Network Architecture
Fumi has over 25 years of telecom engineering experience, including senior engineering roles at Optus, Accedian, Infinera, and NEC Australia. Fumi is an expert in RAN, Wi-Fi, transmission and core networks, having worked on the Optus Mobile Transmission Network design, and NEC OpenRAN solution in Australia.

Simon Lam
Business Development Director
Simon has nearly 30 years of experience across ICT and Property. He has held sales and marketing positions with Ausin Group and CMI Australia, also with technical and services experience with Macquarie Group, Telstra, AAPT, and CBA. Simon will be driving business development initiatives at OneWiFi across various product suites.
